  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Place sub rolls in a baking dish. Add meatballs and sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
