- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and snap peas.
