  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, meats, and cheese.
  7. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered potatoes.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
