Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  4. Layer the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of cups, followed by the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
  6. Top with fresh berries if desired and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
