  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Make sure the butter coats the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet and immediately transfer it to the oven.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
