Easy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

An easy and flavorful chicken lo mein recipe that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions on top before serving.
  • You can use any vegetables you have on hand.
