  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, place the chicken thighs.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  4. Add the uncooked rice and pour the chicken broth over the top.
  5. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the chicken and rice.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra tzatziki if desired.
