Delicious Spinach Tomato Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta, chicken ham, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and chicken ham.
