Crockpot Overnight Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and convenient breakfast made in your crockpot, featuring turkey bacon, chicken ham, and layers of fluffy eggs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups bread cubes
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the bread cubes and stir until well combined.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and top with cheese and vegetables.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until set.

Notes

  • This dish can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
