- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the bread cubes and stir until well combined.
- Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the egg mixture over the meat and top with cheese and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until set.
