- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
