Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup – Creamy, Cheesy & Totally Addictive

This creamy, cheesy potato soup made in the crock pot is totally addictive!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in the crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, then stir in bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, blend a portion of the soup before adding cheese.
  • Top with additional bacon and cheese when serving.
