- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.
- Press the cheese mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
