Crispy Parmesan Crusted Baked Salmon

A simple recipe for a delicious and healthy salmon dish, featuring a crispy Parmesan crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press the cheese mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of baking.
