Creamy Penne Pasta Recipe

A delicious and creamy penne pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into pieces.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked penne pasta and turkey bacon to the sauce. Mix well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
