  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning, then add broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add pasta; cook until tender.
