- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, and taco seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, and spread some of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
