  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries with sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
