Coconut Panna Cotta with Passion Fruit

A creamy coconut panna cotta topped with tangy passion fruit glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit pulp

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. To serve, carefully remove from molds and top with passion fruit pulp.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use agar-agar instead of gelatin.
  • Serve with fresh fruit for added flavor and texture.
