  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set, then let cool.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
