Classic Eggs Benedict

A delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water, add vinegar, and bring to a simmer.
  2. Poach the eggs by cracking them into the simmering water for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toast the English muffins until golden brown.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Assemble by layering turkey bacon, chicken ham, and poached eggs on the English muffins.
  6. Drizzle with warm hollandaise sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the hollandaise sauce.
