- 100 grams butter
- 150 grams crushed biscuits
- 100 grams chopped nuts
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the biscuit mixture, then fold in the egg mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper, shaping it into a log. Roll it tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
