  • 100 grams butter
  • 150 grams crushed biscuits
  • 100 grams chopped nuts
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the biscuit mixture, then fold in the egg mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper, shaping it into a log. Roll it tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Once set, unroll and dust with powdered sugar before slicing. Serve chilled.
