  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and oyster sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
