  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the beef and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove the beef and add broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Return the beef to the wok, drizzle with sesame oil, and mix.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
