  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
