- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen pie crust, diced
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
