- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and marinara sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then add a portion of the chicken mixture on top, and sprinkle more mozzarella cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and cut into wedges.
