Chicken Parm Quesadilla

Enjoy the perfect blend of cheesy goodness and chicken in a crispy quesadilla that delivers all the flavors of classic chicken parmesan!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and marinara sauce.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then add a portion of the chicken mixture on top, and sprinkle more mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and cut into wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasonings to the chicken mixture.
  • Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
