  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, carrots, celery, and thyme.
  5. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until a dough forms.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering soup.
  7. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
