Cherry Tomato Salad

A refreshing cherry tomato salad enhanced with the delightful crunch of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and diced red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and onion, and toss to coat.
  4. Add crumbled turkey bacon and chopped basil, gently mixing them in.
