These Cheesy Taco Sticks are a delicious and easy-to-make recipe that combines turkey bacon and beef for a flavorful snack.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. On each triangle, place a slice of turkey bacon, a spoonful of the beef mixture, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up from the wide end to the point, making sure to tuck in the sides.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
