- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, adding onions and garlic halfway through.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and cooked pasta.
- Mix in sour cream and half of the cheese, then top with remaining cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
