- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and salsa.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add half of the chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice and serve warm with additional salsa.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers or onions to the chicken mixture.
