  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour and salt, mix well, then knead until dough is smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out dough, spread with melted butter, garlic, and cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough and cut into pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
