- 1 pound frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
- Add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Mix in mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the tater tots, then top with the turkey mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, diced tomatoes, and pickles over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute regular bacon if desired.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
