Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars Recipe

A deliciously indulgent dessert perfect for fall, combining creamy cheesecake with caramel and fresh apples.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
  4. In a mixer, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer the cinnamon apples on top.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chopped nuts on top before baking.
  • Let bars chill in the fridge for a few hours for better texture.
