  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, then pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
