Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, berries, honey, nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
