  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rigatoni, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour the beef mixture over the pasta and mix gently.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
