  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, then add the beans, corn, tomatoes, and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
