  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
