  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
