  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is translucent.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
