- 2 acorn squashes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and remove the seeds.
