  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squashes in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture into the squash halves and top with chopped pecans.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the squashes are tender.
