  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
