  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the vegetables with the beef.
  6. Place the mixture in sub rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  7. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve immediately.
